Terra Call uses SMS to notify caregivers about missed check-ins and emergencies. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected during account registration and are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in consent data and phone numbers are never shared, sold, or provided to third parties or lead generators for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on care recipient activity, up to 10 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support, or email [email protected].
Data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud infrastructure). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is strictly controlled and authenticated via Firebase Authentication. Immutable audit logs are maintained for all emergency events.

Account data is retained while your account remains active. Check-in history is retained for 90 days before automatic deletion. Emergency audit logs are retained for 1 year for compliance and safety review. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

Terra Call is designed for adult caregivers and care recipients. It is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
